Voices of One.Surgery – Issue 6 – April 2019
7 ratings
Throughout the world, within surgical specialities, women remain vastly outnumbered by men. These issues surrounding this gender inequality have recently been highlighted on social media, with the #metoo and #ilooklikeasurgeon movements gaining important attention.
This sixth issue of Voices of One Surgery aims to continue this movement, by sharing the voices of inspiring women within the realms of global surgery and discuss the on-going topics of gender inequality within the operating room.
