Congratulations for this great job. i took a time to read all this 4th issue. subjects are very intersting especially the inner workings of Global PaedSurg. In my country there any qualified paedsurgeon. it is up to general surgeon to manage paed surgical problems sometimes with lack of materials and also knoweldge. your work of sharing what it is done in differents countries, is one of the solution to reduce the difference of accessing to surgical care between poor and rich countries. thanks.
